Hilmi Topaloğlu, who worked at the Balin pavilion in Beyoğlu in 1989, became a music producer with the suggestion of his older brother Mustafa Topaloğlu. Mustafa and Hilmi Topaloğlu set up a production company called Nokta music in Unkapanı music market. Producer Hilmi Topaloğlu, who pursues young talents, first finds Haluk Levent. Haluk Levent sings in Istanbul's Ortaköy square to live and survive. Spreading a handkerchief and singing, Haluk Levent's journey from the streets to the bars begins. Producer Hilmi Topaloğlu meets Haluk Levent, whom he watches in a bar. And he makes a deal with Haluk Levent, who is the representative of rock music, that had been forgotton and not in demand at that time. Mahsun Kırmızıgül, who had made 6 albums which had not been successful, was living like a refugee in his mother-in-law's house and could hardly affort to buy milk and diapers for his newborn baby. Mahsun, who studied at the Istanbul Technical University Conservatory Voice Department during the years when self-taught artists were dominant, was lost in despair when he met Hilmi Topaloğlu on the steps of Unkapanı. He agrees to make new albums with Hilmi Topaloğlu. While working in a music hall in Germany to take care of his family, Özcan Deniz pursues Özcan Deniz, whom he listens to on the phone on New Year's Eve... Özcan, whose dream is to make an album signs the deal. Thus, 3 young people who’ve came to Istanbul in search of hope meet under the leadership of Hilmi Topaloğlu in Unkapanı. Battling on the road to success, the four of them set off together for a journey to hope.
