After a man kidnaps three teenaged girls and locks them in a cellar, he tells them only two of them will live, and they must choose which one will die.

Outnumbered by demons, Sam and Dean are saved at the last minute by a hunter named Rob (guest star Michael Shanks) and his townspeople – all of them aware of the Apocalypse and trained to fight and kill demons. The small town is very religious and Sam and Dean meet Pastor Gideon (guest star Larry Poindexter), who introduces them to his daughter Leah (guest star Kayla Mae Maloney), whom he claims is a prophet. Leah tells the townspeople they must obey her orders if they want a spot in Heaven – but when she starts turning the townspeople against each other in the name of the Lord, the brothers realize they must kill her.

When the decaying corpse of the Venezuelan Ambassador’s son is found hanging from a tree on the campus of an exclusive private school, Dr. Temperance Brennan and Agent Seeley Booth are called in to investigate. The cause of death seems to be suicide, but both Brennan and Booth suspect there may be an alternative cause of death.

Lightman investigates the manipulative leader of a self-help empire. Things get personal, however, when a series of threats are made to daughter Emily.
