When Amy's daughter gets a job at Cloud 9, Amy turns to Jonah for advice on how to balance her parenting; Garrett and Dina argue over who broke up with whom; Cheyenne tries to convince Mateo that the cute construction worker might be using him.

The store sponsors a wellness fair. Amy discovers Mateo and Jeff are dating, and her discovery impacts multiple relationships. Dina suspects Amy faked an illness. Glenn and Jonah comes to blows when Glenn realises Jonah is outshining him.

While everyone in the store is on edge, Glenn has to figure out which employees to lay off; Jonah struggles with the aftermath of his admission to Amy; a tornado warning goes into effect, forcing the staff into uncomfortable pairings.

When Amy's daughter, Emma, is without a babysitter for the day, Amy must defy store policy and secretively bring her to work. Cheyenne and Mateo get into a fight over a couch. Dina tracks a shoplifter.

Jonah struggles to find his place at Amy's daughter's quinceanera, while some teenage boys take a liking to Dina. Mateo and Cheyenne become obsessed with seeing Amy crying.
