Marian (Claudine Barretto) an accident-prone young novice in ardent search for her elder sister Mabel (Bernadette Allyson) seeks the help of Dario (Robin Padilla) a gruff ex-cop/lieutenant and side kick Dencio (Vhong Navarro). Dario finds himself tenderly caring for and in love with Marian. Being hotly pursued, they elude and fight the hoodlums who happen to be the same people Dario is after to avenge the death of his men. Will Marian leave the convent for the love of an ex-policeman?
