After De Zaak Alzheimer and Dossier K., this is the third and perhaps the last film in which police chiefs Vincke and Verstuyft work together to solve a case. Their unconditional friendship is put heavily to the test when they are confronted with a string of gruesome murders. One survivor drives a wedge between the friends when Verstuyft succumbs to her charms. Meanwhile, the serial killer has set his sights on a new target.
