The Hunt For Baltic Gold

We follow amber hunters on their mission to unearth `Baltic gold'. They roam the stormy seaside at night and waddle in the mud during the day. They are everywhere that the 40-million-year-old precious jewel can be found.

Tomek uses UV light to scour the beach at night. Krzysztof and his team start digging in the field. Benedykt sails out into the sea in the hopes of catching not only fish, but also finding amber.

Tomek presents his handicraft at the Amber Fair in Gdansk. Dorota is also present there with her jewellery designs. Benedykt's sailing crew finds pieces of amber in their fishnets. Krzysztof argues with the owner of the field.

A storm is coming, Tomek is busy getting his equipment ready, and Herkules heads to a music club for a party. Also, Krzysztof's team adds a new member, Bartek, Dorota negotiates the price of raw amber, and the Formellas sail out to collect fishnets.

Danger faces the amber hunters: Krzysztof's field is flooded and smoke starts blowing from his caravan, sappers clear the sea floor of unexploded bombs, Dorota begins the certification process for her jewellery, and a storm arrives on the Baltic sea.

The crew of the cutter decide to refine the beach in hopes of finding Baltic gold. Krzysiek's team cannot resume work because the rubber hoses are missing and need to watch their plot more carefully.
