Tang (Michael Hui) is No. 1 con man plus professional gambler. Lau (Samuel Hui) as his cell mate and begins to worship the master craftsman for his nimbler mind. He begs to team up with Tang once they are out of jail. Lau's grand plan works and off-track betting shop is cheated out its last cent. However, the betting boss learns of the trick and he sets his men upon the two.
