Machi is a real-estate saleswoman who is known for closing the deal no matter who the client is. She sticks her nose in the private issues of her clients and uses a vast range of tactics to help solve their problems.

Niwano oversees the relocation of the 60-year-old Jogasaki couple; Machi and Yashiro disagree about their approach to handling employee Mika.

As the field sales week begins, the manager says that headquarters is also watching and suggests that they should boost sales; Machi bets that she will sell a mansion for foreigners, a small house, and a house with a sunroom.

Yashiro offers a luxury apartment to a cooking expert in exchange for her leading a singles' cooking class. Machi joins him, eager for a match, but it fails completely.

Niwano's client is somewhat similar to Machi. She finally finds a room she likes, but it turns out to be the same unit that Machi's client is about to sign a lease for. To make matters worse, the two women are bitter rivals. And then, Niwano goes so far as to poach Machi's client.
