Lux kicks off his life at the academy and bumps into a childhood friend. Later, Lux and Lisesharte are faced with disturbing memories from the past.

During a game at Lux's party, a week of his time is used as a prize. The outcome of the game leads him into a dangerous and awkward position.

As Lux gets ready for his duel with Lord Barzeride, the nobles of the New Kingdom launch in investigation into some ancient ruins that may conceal a powerful Abyss.

Lux is put in a awkward position when he encounter a noble girl under false pretences. Things go downhill quickly when she reveals she wants to get him kicked out of school.
