Naked and Afraid: Global Showdown

Fighting for their countries and a $200,000 prize, competitors from Australia, Brazil, Mexico and the USA must take on a 24-hour insertion challenge. Surrounded by Africa's apex predators, each team is immediately tasked with making primitive fire.

An injury during an intense gauntlet competition puts a legend at risk; international survivalists must bring unique skills to torch, bridge and deadfall trap builds; competitors scramble to stay safe as rhinos circle their camps at night.

The first elimination tests survivalists' ability to make fire in damp conditions and puts a legend on the chopping block. A primitive bow challenge pushes bushcraft skills and partnerships to their breaking point. Two teams get big-game kills.

In a two-part challenge, survivalists must choose who will use the primitive bow and who will process each kill. Strong winds wreak havoc, and the competition is rocked when an underdog team dominates. Another legend is sent to elimination.
