The Kids Next Door set off on a daring mission inside the ice cream factory when they discover that a new type of ice cream isn't on sale. Numbuh Four takes the responsibility of defending the treehouse from the prying eyes of adults.

The Kids Next Door lose their treehouse defences and become open to an attack from Gramma Stuffum. The gang become vulnerable to a villain who forces kids to clean their teeth.
