CeCe is in a funk without Shake it Up, Chicago, but after Rocky books them a gig dancing at a Bar Mitzvah, CeCe gets inspired by one of the speeches.

Since fire destroyed the set, Rocky has been looking for ways to keep dance alive in her life. CeCe signs them up for the Spirit Squad, but it completely lacks spirit.
