Leatherface: Texas Chainsaw Massacre III

When a young couple drive through Texas on their way from California to Florida, they are given wrong directions in a small town and become lost far from town in the dark of the night. Now a chain-saw-wielding, murderous cannibal--who wears the skin of his victims over his face--is pursuing them ... and the few people the couple meet help the serial murderer rather than his hapless prey.
