The Arrival

S1, E1: Prem and Kamini arrive in Trefelin. It's not exactly what they expected, and they're not exactly what the villagers expected either. Sharpe, the mine manager, and his wife Sylvia try to befriend the pair, but they're obviously on different wavelengths. While Prem attends to his first emergency case in the village, Kamini uses her contacts to try and get them out of this hell-hole.
