S1, E3: In this episode Anna meets Hi Lay, a Melbourne driver all the way from Cambodia. She recreates Hi Lay's delicious roast eggplant recipe and makes a perfectly balanced sweet and sour soup and refreshing Cambodian-inspired green mango salad. Later, Anna arrives at Hi Lay's house to see if her cooking gets a thumbs-up from the creator herself.
