Brothers Henrik, Filip, and Jakob are preparing for the European Championship and an Olympic Games; their former coach and father, Gjert Ingebrigtsen, is under police investigation following serious allegations.

The Ingebrigtsen brothers are at the training camp in Flagstaff, Ariz.; Filip is uncertain after several disappointing seasons; pregnant Elisabeth joins the camp to spend time with Jakob; Henrik talks with Liva, who is struggling at home.
