Due to technical problems, a huge blast at the Aitik mine is at risk of being delayed. During an inspection, technician Viktor experiences a seismic event at the Kiruna mine.

Loader operator Frankie encounters problems with a blocked shaft in the Kiruna mine, causing a stoppage at the pellet plant. One of Aitik's largest excavators has lost power, bringing production to a standstill.

Field mechanic Marcus is in Narvik, where several excavators need to be lifted out of a silo that is 70 metres deep. Stefan and Eva work in Aitik's autonomous area, where the enormous trucks drive themselves.

A costly stoppage at the Aitik enrichment plant requires a quick solution. Marcus is to complete the silo renovation in Narvik, where a 4-tonne safety hatch needs to be lifted. Daniel investigates a shaft with a robot dog in Kiruna.

In Malmberget, Minah abseils down into a 40-metre-deep silo. At the pellet plant, problems arise with flue gas cleaning, which need to be resolved. Jim encounters technical difficulties while working in one of the world's largest excavators in Aitik.

Both Eva and Tilda encounter challenges when a very large blast is to be carried out in Aitik. Train driver Richard leaves Kiruna to deliver 6,500 tonnes of ore to the port of Narvik.
