Ten years ago, top NIS black agent Homyeong failed a mission to secure evidence of treason. Now a restaurant owner, he unexpectedly encounters Jesun, the North Korean operative who sabotaged the mission and vanished with the evidence, giving him a chance to finish what he started.

While collecting a debt at Heaven Capital, Homyeong spots Jesun, who vanished ten years ago, but loses him in the chaos. Following his trail, Homyeong uncovers signs of a larger plot and realizes Jesun may be in danger.
