Santiago Segura and his minion, Deltell, have kidnapped 10 comics to perform a crazy experiment; in the end, only one will remain.

Silvia Abril and Carolina Iglesias, as the good hostesses that they are, throw an inauguration party for 10 famous comedy guests; they have no idea they just began the most surreal six hours of their lives.

A double ejection means there are only two contestants left in the game; in a final push, the comics challenge each other, trying to make the other crack; after an intense duel, one of them will be declared the winner.

There are only eight contestants left with a yellow card; they can't let their guard down as there are no third chances, and at the end two will be faced with elimination.

With only two contestants left, time is running out and exhaustion makes for greater wit in the contestants; a hilarious surprise in the final duel will reveal the winner.
