It's a new week, new menu and a new restaurant manager at Camp Kulinaris. In the restaurant, Kjartan introduces a completely new type of protein that comes alive, but it's something that not everyone reacts positively to.

It's the first morning at Camp Kulinaris and there's a participant missing in the cabin. In the restaurant, Kjartan is selected to do the first menu tasting to check what's going to be served.
