S3, A3: The boss duo and part-timers who are exhausted from the hectic morning sales hold an emergency meeting while business is slow. Lunch sales begin and everyone seems to be adjusting to their duties just fine, but customers start flooding into the restaurant as soon as they open for dinner sales. Will Mr. Zo's ambitious dried pollack soup menu be well-received by both the Korean customers who miss the taste of home and the non-Korean locals who are tasting it for the first time? Meanwhile, Mr. Cha masters the cash register, but will he face another cash payment crisis when he comes across all the similar-looking US dollar bills? To top it off, part-timer Kyungho lets out a cry of desperation as he finds himself trapped in a kimbap hell of endless kimbap orders.
