The Water Law

"The Water Law" explains the changes introduced by the new Forest Code and the controversy over its design and implementation. The documentary shows how the law directly impacts the forest and thus the water, air, soil fertility, food production and the life of every citizen. Produced over 16 months, the work is based on a research and interviews with 37 environmental, scientists and farmers. The documentary also portrays individual cases of environmental degradation and sustainable agricultural techniques that can reconcile the interests of conservation and production of society.
