Principal Investigator of the ICAC, William Luk (Louis Koo), and Chief Investigator, Ching Tak Ming (Kevin Cheng) are investigating a smuggling and corruption case. During the investigation, they discover another customs corruption case involving human trafficking unexpectedly.
