시바야마 츠토무

Tsutomu Shibayama was a Japanese anime director of film and television. Shibayama was active from the 1960s and worked on a wide variety of television anime series. In Japan, he is highly regarded for his exceptional animation skills and had a profound influence on younger generations; he is widely recognized as one of the finest animators in the history of Japanese animation.
