Taranath Tantrik

The time is 1930s. Two young men in Kolkata are trying to explore the city amidst the social unrest, till they find the den of the mysterious Taranath Tantrik.

Taranath is asked to share his experiences while struggling to learn the art of pagan practices. He narrates with his encounter with his first guru, Matu Pagli.

Days pass as Taranath gradually starts to feel the presence of supernatural traits during a few instances. One such instance leads him to a young girl.

Taranath shares his childhood experience of coming face to face with Tantra practice when he is affected by a deadly flu, that becomes impossible to cure.

During his days of practicing the pagan art, Taranath is assigned the tough task of saving a young girl from the hands of a Kapalik. Was his attempt fruitful?

Taranath's unceasing efforts to learn Tantra earns him the attention of Kalbhairav, but Taranath fails miserably during his practice at a crucial moment.
