The pundit of Devipuram curses King Bhupati Rao, dooming every descendant’s wife to death. Years later, Surya Dev Rao’s grandmother arranges a grand yagya to break the curse.

A mischievous Manga stops a goat sacrifice. Jai, Suryadev's son and a skilled businessman, closes a land deal. However, Dadi scolds him for skipping the yagya.

Suryadev’s sister plans to get her daughter Sapna married to Jai. Meanwhile, Sapna competes in a fashion show and cunningly targets Nitya, the daughter of the business tycoon, Swaroopa Srinivas.

As Nithya wins 'Miss Hyderabad', Sapna feels jealous. Chandrika tries to arrange Sapna and Jai's marriage, but Dadi objects to it. Meanwhile, Manga devises a plan to earn money.

Manga's mother is hospitalised after a heart attack, and the doctor informs her of her condition. Meanwhile, Jai and Nithya clash over a gift they both want at a store.

Jai impresses Swarupa by congratulating her on her award. Later, he gives her a business proposal and announces his marriage to Nithya at the party.
