School 2013

Victory High School is among the lowest-ranking of Seoul\u2019s 178 high schools. Preparation is underway for an information session for prospective students and parents of the 2013 school year. Ko Nam Sun has survived high school by keeping a low profile. Even though he has the lowest GPA in junior class 2, he becomes the second-semester president with Oh Jeong Ho\u2019s deciding vote. In the meantime, Kang Se Chan, a star instructor from Gangnam, takes on a special post at Victory High School and shows up at the information session for prospective students and parents.

They find Nam Sun alone in the classroom, but Nam Sun doesn\u2019t tell anyone who did it. In Jae finds herself at loggerheads with the principal concerning the handling of the chair incident. Min Gi\u2019s mother, who\u2019s on the PTA, suggests that they change the homeroom teacher to Se Chan. Se Chan kicks Nam Sun out of his class, and In Jae and Se Chan find themselves at odds over education methodologies. In the meantime, the principal finds out it wasn\u2019t Nam Sun who threw broke the window

In Jae agrees to leave, and Se Chan agrees to be the homeroom teacher. This causes a ruckus and puts Nam Sun in a difficult position. Ha Gyeong, who has been hiding the fact that she goes to Se Chan Institute, is accused of stealing Gyeong Min\u2019s copy of the golden study guide because Nam Sun put the copy in Ha Gyeong\u2019s desk thinking it was hers.

The principal is flustered when school inspectors inquire about Se Chan giving illegal private lessons. There are rumors that Heung Su, the new transfer student, was the top dog in Gyeonggi-do. Jeong Ho provokes Heung Su and challenges him to a fight to determine who should be the top dog at school. Nam Sun, who gave bullies money but never let them order him around, starts serving Heung Su hand and foot. The other kids make fun of him for it.

Nam Sun, Heung Su, and Jeong Ho are taken to the police station with their faces black and blue. Jeong Ho finds out the secret Nam Sun has been trying to hide. In the meantime, the principal orders compulsory attendance of voluntary study hall. In Jae and Se Chan stand their ground and declare they cannot follow the order. In return, however, class 2 has to raise the class average on the upcoming midterm exams.

A test sheet goes missing right before the midterm exams. In Jae and Se Chan set out to find the culprit. Jeong Ho, who\u2019s no longer the top dog in class, is bothered by Heung Su\u2019s presence. There are strange rumors about Nam Sun and Heung Su.
