Vishakha attends the wedding of her employee Mhatre's daughter. There, she meets the event manager Akash. When Vishakha insults Vasundhara, the latter's mother-in-law takes a vow.

Akash's mother tells him about the puja held for his wedding and he disapproves of it. Akash's chain accidentally falls into Vasundhara's neck and Akash gets perturbed as he loses his chain.

Akash solves his daughters' Chinu and Manu's fight. Vasundhara's son Bunny feeds her noodles on realising that she is hungry. Akash's sister-in-law Avani and Vasundhara's in-laws ask them to remarry.

Akash's words hurt Avani and Baby. Bunny rejoices as Vasundhara aka Vasu brings him a football. Akash apologises to Avani-Baby. After hearing Vishakha's words, Akash's mother Jayu takes a decision.

Baby and Akhil visit Vasu's plant nursery and argue with her over Bunny. Later, unable to meet Vasu, Akash calls Vasu and her talks impress him. Soon after, Vasu stops Vishakha's car on road.

Abhinav, a widowed father of twin girls, and Vasundhara, a divorced mother with a son, get a second chance at marriage and parenting, but their path ahead is strewn with challenges.
