Jabilli Kosam Aakashamalle

Vikram Aditya performs the post-death rituals for Kamali and Jabilli. The guruji tells everyone that Jabilli is alive, much to their relief. Meanwhile, Shanku names Jabilli as Punnami.

Narayanamma realises that Agnidev and Vaidika are searching for the baby and misleads them. Later, Garudamma kidnaps Punnami and strikes a deal with Narayanamma.

While Shivadeva becomes mentally ill, Agnideva and Vaidika ensure that he does not recover. Prudhvi comes across Punnami near the temple. Later, Punnami panics as Narayanamma gets bit by a snake.

Punnami brings a doctor to the village and saves Narayanamma’s life. She decides to work hard to make Shanku a doctor. Agnideva and Vaidika are irked as Mahadevi strongly hopes for Jabilli’s return.

Punnami sends money to Shanku. She teaches a lesson to the goons who snatch honey from her. Mallika hits a man with her car, while Prudhvi helps her get away from being taken to the police.

Punnami uses natural medicine to save a woman. Vaidika plans to scare Shivadeva using fire. When Punnami and Narayanamma return home, their family members starve them.
