Ben and Erin help their friends open the first public retail space in the hotel, Scotsman Company. Tensions rise as money's tight with a big loan delayed, but a newly discovered space offers hope if they can agree on how to use it.

Although the friends insist on no restaurants, the group finds a way to integrate a food concept into the hotel with the help of a local expert to curate a uniquely Southern experience. A new lounge space is revealed for guests, events and revenue.
