Ek Vivah Aisa Bhi

Ek Vivah Aisa Bhi, the newest entry on andTV, is a show which showcases the journey of a widow, named Suman, who is a housewife but also runs a parlour. While she continues with her work at the parlour, her real aim is to focus on her studies so that she can get admission in a particular college. The story takes off with the women in the house praising Suman. Just then she gets a call from Antara, who forgets the list of groceries that she was asked to purchase. Suman repeats the list and as Antara memorizes the list, she realizes that her sister, Sanju, has strayed away. Join Suman on her journey as she struggles through her day to day routine to sort out her life.

Suman readies her son, Veer for the 'Tulsi Vivah' ritual. Veer informs his mother about Ranveer and his friends, who had helped him reach the venue by giving the kids a ride on their bike. Veer tries to introduce his mother to Ranveer but Suman gets busy with the preparations. Later, Ranveer and his friends prepare to leave but Veer and Sanjana asks an old man to stop the boys. The old man then explains the rituals to the boys and insists that they should be a part of the function. While, Ranveer's friends remind him of his surprise for which he had come to Bhopal, Ranveer seems intrigued by the rituals and wishes to stay at the venue with Veer. Veer sees his mother crying and innocently consoles her. Meanwhile, Ranveer tries to search for his phone but does not find it anywhere. Suman, who is carrying a basket of flowers, fails to notice the mobile phone in the basket. Later, the basket falls from her hand and she notices the phone but fails to find its rightful owner. Suman's mother-in-law gets furious with Vimla, who advices that Suman should get remarried. Later, Antara, Sanjana and their mother are worried about the huge sum of money that they need so that Suman's can get admission in a MBA college. Suman feels bad and walks out and just then, Ranveer's mobile phone rings. Antara ends up dropping the phone and it stops functioning. Meanwhile, Ranveer and his brothers along with their grandmother, dance with each other to celebrate their grandmother's birthday. Suman works out a plan to collect the money for her admission into the college. She gives away discounts in the parlour and manages to earn some amount but still fails to collect the entire amount. Meanwhile, Ranveer's mother reaches her home and gets upset with her son for not being home on time. She questions him about the girl he had been with and Ranveer stands confused. Suman, Antara and Sanjana visit Nupur's place for the beauty treatment. While, Suman is taken along with Nupur and the other ladies, who are excited about the budget-friendly treatment, Sanjana tries to find out about the boy she has fallen in love with. Later, Sindura sees the ladies getting excited about the beauty treatment and she immediately claims that Suman might be using expired products. But Suman begins to explain about the products that are all handmade.
