Astitva - Ek Prem Kahani is a Hindi romantic drama television series starring Niki Aneja Wali, Varun Badola, Alok Nath and Yuvika Chaudhary. Dr. Simran, a renowned gynaecologist, is wooed by Abhimanyu, a photographer ten years younger to her. Both Simran and Abhimanyus parents oppose the relation but they marry going against their family. The couple face many ups and downs which they must deal with maturity and patience.

Episode 1

Saurabh is happy to see an article on Simran in the newspaper. Rashmi tries to run on the treadmill like her sister Simran, but falls. Abhimanyu accidentally clicks Simran's photo.
Episode 2

Simran informs Abhimanyu about the complications in Anandi's pregnancy. As he is worried, she asks him to trust her. Simran smiles looking at her photos clicked by Abhimanyu.
Episode 3

Saurabh dislikes his wife's brother Karan as he is a blabbermouth. Kavita's husband, Rohit arrives for the wedding. Simran leaves for the hospital as Anandi's health is critical.
Episode 4

Rashmi gets married to Rahul. Simran operates on Anandi successfully. Abhimanyu is impressed that Simran has missed Rashmi's wedding to operate on Anandi. Anandi bleeds heavily.
Episode 5

Simran manages to stop Anandi's bleeding without removing her uterus. Rashmi bids farewell to her family and leaves a message for Simran. Abhimanyu thanks Simran.
Episode 6

Simran scolds Abhimanyu for sending the bouquets of yellow roses to her. Abhimanyu tells her that he wanted to thank her. Saurabh scolds Karan for finding a widower for Simran.
