Radio broadcaster Arvino narrates the story of Melinda. Hospital nurse Viska notices something strange and eventually starts hearing things in her head, indicating that she is Asmodeus' target.

Viska envies her childhood friend Martha's intelligence, Rini spreads hatred about Martha in front of Viska, and Chandra and Father Ignasius try to warn Viska of a looming danger that is targeting her.

During the trip to Jakarta, Chandra experiences strange occurrences and investigates a murder mystery with his indigo abilities. Viska locks herself in the dorm room to avoid harming her friends.

Ika's death haunts Viska. On the day of the funeral, Viska sees a green apple that brings back her memories about Arvino. Chandra comes to pick up Viska and tries to take her back to Semarang.

When Viska graduated and started working at the hospital, she met a mysterious patient named Stella. Back in the present, the long-held grudge solidifies Arvino's resolve to claim Viska's soul. Meanwhile, Chandra urges Viska to return to Semarang.

Viska is deeply saddened by Chandra's death, leading her to experience severe hallucinations. She sees her deceased friends trying to kill her. Father Ignasius then offers her a solution.
