Jane is lured to a car bomb that temporarily blinds him and kills a stockbroker shackled within the vehicle. To find the killer, the agents must find a connection between the victim and Jane. Elsewhere, Van Pelt has a mysterious new boyfriend.

The team investigates the death of a radio DJ and a naval officer who were both killed live on air. Their job is made more difficult by the discovery of a number of different suspects.
