Niamh Cusack

Niamh Cusack is an Irish actress. Born into a family with deep roots in the performing arts, she has performed extensively with the Royal Shakespeare Company, the Royal National Theatre, and other prominent theatre ensembles. Cusack is best known for her television role as Dr. Kate Rowan in the British series Heartbeat.

Poirot and Hastings drive down to the studios where a friend is directing a film. They watch some of the filming and are shocked by the behaviour of the studio owner Henry Reedburn who treats the cast and crew appallingly. That evening Reedburn is found dead at his home.
