Doris Roberts

Doris Roberts was an American actress, author, and philanthropist whose career spanned six decades of television and film. She received five Emmy Awards and a Screen Actors Guild award during her acting career, which began in 1951. Roberts studied acting at The Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre in New York City and started in films in 1961.
