Some neighbourhood friends are street dancers who want to set up their own recording studio, so they enter the city dance competition. Going up against a group of rich Orange County kids, they think they stand a good chance, as they've come up with an amazing routine, but their routine passed on to their competition, and they have a real battle on their hands.
