Who's Harry Crumb?

Blundering Harry Crumb is summoned to the Los Angeles headquarters of his family's famous detective firm when the daughter of a wealthy client is kidnapped. In spite of Harry's abysmal track record, he is placed in charge of the case. Naturally, chaos ensues.
