The Manchurian Candidate

Thriller about two American soldiers who are captured during the Korean War and brainwashed by their jailers. The pair are programmed to carry out assassinations when they return to the US. They are welcomed home as heroes, but then one of them begins to suffer harrowing flashbacks as his memory slowly returns, while the other continues with his deadly mission.
