Fast-moving thriller about a cop hunting for his father's murderer. The former detective, now demoted to river duty, is convinced that his father was the victim of a serial killer. He sets out to prove that the culprit is another policeman, but his obsessive hunt puts him at odds with his partner. At the same time, the killer taunts the cop by targeting women from his past.
