Pleasantville

Two siblings are magically transported into a 1950s TV soap, where their 90s attitudes conflict with the pleasant ideals of black and white suburbia. Thrown into the cheerful soap opera by a hi-tech remote control, the brother and sister struggle to conform to the consistently comfortable, and therefore somewhat mundane, lifestyle. Gradually, their 90s outlook generates dramatic changes in the Pleasantville population.
