Shiva, a college student in Bangalore, meets Pooja, a girl who has come to India to spend time with her grandparents. Pooja was born, raised and educated in the US. Although Shiva falls in love with her, he also realises that they are both very different from each other when it comes to likes, dislikes and aspirations. Even Pooja begins to feel like a fish out of water in Bangalore and is keen to get back to the US.
