A Nigerian doctor and a Turkish maid find themselves embroiled in the violent trade of human body parts while working in a London hotel. With drug dealing and prostitution common practice in the hotel, the pair are forced to make difficult decisions between financial gain and risking deportation by exposing the heinous trade.
