Raj Goyal is a renowned and successful attorney. At a musical party he is introduced to Sargam by Ashwin Mehta, but the next day Ashwin is murdered. Sargam approaches Raj to defend the accused, Tarang Bhardwaj, which Raj reluctantly accepts, and with the help of a psychiatrist is able to prove that Tarang is innocent, but all is not as it seems.
