Almost Famous

In the 1970s, a 15-year-old boy gets the chance to live out his dream of touring with a band as a rock journalist. The son of a loving but strict single parent, the boy rebels against her distrust of rock music and the surrounding drug culture by writing album reviews which attract sponsorship from a big magazine to tour with a band. Ignoring all advice, he befriends band members and groupies alike.
