Following a man's bid for survival on a desert island following a plane crash. An employee of FedEx snatches a few days between flights with his loving family and fiancée, to whom he proposes, before rushing off on his next assignment. However, his plane crashes during a storm and over the next four years he must train himself to survive away from civilisation.
