A young software designer goes to work for a powerful technology genius only to discover an unethical drive behind his boss's ambition. Passing over the chance to set up a software company with a friend, the designer takes up a job offer with one of the industry's leading firms and moves to Silicon Valley with his girlfriend. Although he thrives in his new role, his employer's sinister motives cause him concern.
