Snel met Miljuschka Christmas

Today Miljuschka makes a Christmas trifle with mulled wine, pears and an orange blossom custard. And she makes a vegetarian main dish, namely Hasselback celeriac with paprika butter and parmesan.

Miljuschka makes two easy dishes, but slightly different. As a starter, a prawn cocktail on toast. And as a main course a porchetta with pistachio and fennel seeds.

Miljuschka makes a wreath salad, and the main course is a Lamb's Crown with boulanger potatoes.

Miljuschka makes an upside-down nutroast with caramelised bottle squash. That's a tart of all kinds of delicious vegetables that you can put on the table like a star. And for dessert, Miljuschka makes cardamom crème caramel pots.

As a starter, Miljuschka makes a filo pastry with wild mushrooms that is nice and crispy on the outside. And of course cheesecake at Christmas cannot be missed. She makes a cheesecake log with ginger and candied orange.

Miljuschka makes a delicious, Christmassy pasta with lemon and caramelised Brussels sprouts. And for dessert, she makes a Chai spiced crepe cake.
