Mr Bean buys a portable television but can't get it to work properly. Then, when his camera is stolen, he must identify the suspect in a police line-up. Afterwards, he attends a magic show and disco with his girlfriend but ends up embarrassing her.

Mr Bean wants to give a busker some money until he realises he has no change, while afterwards he goes shopping but gets carried away. Later, he treats himself to a birthday dinner but is disappointed with his dish. Finally, Mr Bean attends a royal film premiere in order to meet the Queen, with disastrous results.
