Max is brought into Angels Memorial when he starts to have difficulty breathing. Plus, Willis decides to try and get to the bottom of what happened to his brother's unit.

Leanne is warned to keep Ariel away from Max and strives to save siblings who drank boiling water through a straw. Meanwhile, Mario arrives at the scene of a boat crash with Rox and Willis.

Jesse is in denial when his brother arrives at Angels Memorial in bad shape after being pinned down in a warehouse collapse, further tests reveal that he has advanced congestive heart failure. Meanwhile, Willis opens up to Rox.
